Along with the other Allied Servicemen held for a brief time in the shed, John Harder was eventually moved into a PoW camp within German-held territory; in his case Stalag Luft 3.

He maintained a diary whilst he was held as a PoW which will be posted here (once I've typed it out!) and also the letters that he wrote home from the camp are shown on the letters home page.
